What every window includes

  • Made to measure from a final technical survey
  • Part L: a U-value of 1.4 W/m²K or better, or WER band B or above
  • Trickle vents wherever the old windows had them (Part F)
  • Safety glass where Part K requires it, such as glazing within 800 mm of the floor
  • Escape openings where Part B requires them, such as first-floor bedrooms
  • Multipoint locks and key-locking handles
  • Building Regulations certificate on completion
